The Problem

Ops team. No visibility. Real consequences. Foodcourt's operations staff were managing live deliveries, rider coordination, and order fulfilment through fragmented tools. No single view of what was happening across the network. Trips went untracked, escalations were slow, and the team was reacting instead of managing.

Process

01

Audit

Mapped the ops worker's daily workflow end to end. Identified the 3 highest-friction moments — live trip monitoring, order escalation, and rider status tracking.

02

Dashboard Design

Designed Live Trips, Orders, Scheduled Orders, Riders, and Partners screens around action priority not data volume. What matters most is always visible first.

03

Settings + Handoff

Designed 5 settings states covering account, notifications, permissions, and integrations. Delivered with full interaction documentation for the engineering team.

AI Workflow

AI-assisted information hierarchy and rapid prototyping

ClaudeStress-testing information hierarchy — identifying which data points competed for attention and which to deprioritise
CursorRapid prototyping of dashboard states for internal stakeholder reviews

Used Claude to stress-test information hierarchy across every screen — surfacing data points that competed for attention and shouldn't. Cursor compressed the dashboard state prototyping cycle, letting stakeholder reviews happen faster without waiting on polished Figma builds.
